LottieFiles Unveils the Feature I’ve Been Dreaming About
Last week, LottieFiles announced Motion Copilot, a feature that simplifies animation design, making it accessible for both seasoned professionals and beginners alike.
Back in 2020, while working in graphic design, I was eager to learn every skill out there. Motion graphics were no exception. However, mastering it was tough, and After Effects (the top tool for motion graphics) required a lot of computing power, which I didn’t have.
But now, that’s no longer an issue. With tools like Lottie Creator and Fable, animation design has become much more accessible. And with the rise of generative AI, creating realistic images with tools like MidJourney and DALL-E 3 has become incredibly easy. Now, my dream of effortlessly creating motion graphics has become a reality.
The Power of Animation in Branding
I absolutely love animation branding. There’s something incredibly compelling about a brand centered around animation. Brands like Namecheap, LottieFiles, and Google have built their identity and credibility with emotionally engaging animations. However, this was often too costly for new business owners, which is unfortunate. Animations can create a cult following and foster customer loyalty.
I always believed, “There is no lack of money, but there is a fear of investing it in the world. We just need to find compelling ways to harness and use it.”
Animation is a powerful branding tool that provides credibility and confidence to business owners, enabling them to envision skyrocketing their business to new heights.
And now, with LottieFiles, this is easier than ever.
Starting the Animation Revolution
LottieFiles has made the animation process super simple. In the Lottie Creator, you can generate beautiful vectors by entering a prompt. You can then create animation sequences just as easily by adding prompts like “make this ball bounce.” Apply the prompt, and the ball bounces.

Exploring the Potential of Motion Copilots
For me, I plan to use it to create animated newsletter covers for future publications and enhance my portfolio for better opportunities. Animation is an incredible skill to have, providing numerous professional opportunities. It’s not about being a super-skilled animator. Whether you’re a designer, developer, or marketer, this skill adds a “wow” factor. And if you’re a parent, creating cute animations for your child can make them proud and strengthen your relationship.
Art creates love, after all.
So why not give Motion Copilot a try? Or save it for later. Animating is fun and relaxing, after all.
